The Family Center for Behavioral Health would like to now welcome Denise Jorstad. Denise has much experience working closely with clients who have experienced housing insecurity and other significant hardships. She enjoys helping others get to a more stable place in their lives. Denise is available to begin scheduling clients for March.

The Family Center for Behavioral Health would like to also welcome Dr. Leticia Holleman. Dr. Holleman has a wealth of experience in a variety of treatment settings, including working with military veterans and their families. The Family Center for Behavioral Health, located in Gig Harbor, Washington, is a multidisciplinary behavioral healthcare group organized to meet the comprehensive mental health needs of those in Washington State.
We have practitioners from the fields of psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, substance abuse, and mental health counseling.
The staff offers a full range of services in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families. Therapists are trained in a variety of treatment approaches emphasizing consultation and coordination of collaborative treatment plans with an individual’s specific health care specialists.
As professionals, we are committed to providing efficient high-quality services which are accessible, effective, and affordable.
FCBH therapists work cooperatively with insurance companies and managed care organizations, with most being covered by one of our therapists. We utilize a variety of quality assurance and improvement resources including outcome measurement, client satisfaction, and weekly case consultations. Not all providers accept all insurances, nor do they provide all services listed. Please speak with the provider you are interested in to clarify which insurance they take and which therapeutic services they provide.
We offer intake and triage, day and evening appointments Monday through Friday, and 24 hour emergency coverage. We pride ourselves in the prompt screening and scheduling of clients with same day scheduling of emergencies.
